Grandview Pointe

Grandview Pointe marked the beginning of Weathervane’s journey in real estate development. This three-storey concrete tilt-up office building was designed with functionality and accessibility in mind, complemented by a single-storey underground parkade for added convenience and an additional single-storey retail pad building to enhance the site’s versatility.

The office building quickly attracted high-caliber tenants, including National Bank Financial and Westland Insurance Group, both of which brought long-term stability to the development. Meanwhile, the retail pad became home to a popular local restaurant, catering to both office tenants and the surrounding community.

Sold in 2014, Grandview Pointe typifies Weathervane’s ability to create enduring, high-performing assets. As our inaugural project, it set a strong foundation for our mission to deliver thoughtful, community-focused developments.
