We saw untapped potential in this vacant two-storey concrete office building, formerly occupied by the RCMP, which we acquired from Investors Group. With a vision for revitalization, we undertook significant renovations and strategically stratified the second floor into individual units, largely targeting end-users seeking modern office spaces.

The ground floor was leased to GoodLife Fitness, bringing a prominent and dynamic tenant to the property, revitalizing foot traffic and enhancing the property’s appeal as a community hub. This approach maximized the building’s value while contributing to a multi-use environment befitting both tenants and the local residents.

After transforming this underutilized property into high-performing investment, Weathervane sold this asset in 2016, delivering value to stakeholders while contributing to the growth of the community.
