Weathervane strategically developed this three-storey concrete tilt-up office building, featuring modern construction and a partial grade-level parkade for added convenience.
Upon completion, the property secured a ten-year lease with the Alberta Government, which began in July 2017, making them the sole tenant of the building. This long-term agreement highlighted the asset’s quality and strategic alignment with the needs of a stable and reliable tenant.
The property was successfully sold in 2017, marking a milestone for Weathervane and showcasing our ability to develop high-performing assets that deliver long-term value and contribute to the community.
